Coping with anger, worry, sadness and confusion can be overwhelming, big life changes can leave you feeling unsure and nervous about the future, and relationship issues are often complex and difficult to decode. Since 2016 I have helped clients understand emotions, work toward goals, and use strategies to tackle difficult feelings and life's big challenges. I'm excited to hear about where you are, where you would like to be, and be a part of your path toward growth and personal wellness.

STORM CARYL, LPC
Since 2019 I have been working to help others on their mental health journey. I am excited to build a genuine connection and provide a safe environment for you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and to help guide you in finding your purpose and overcome difficulties that are holding you back. When you learn to focus on the good, you can become a better version of yourself. I have experience working with adolescents and adults and would love to help assist you in discovering your strengths and passions as you move through life’s challenges.

ABBY NASH, LPC
All aspects of our lives and self factor into our overall well-being. Through the use of a whole person approach we can explore these factors and work to understand their impact on our lives while building a “toolbox” of strategies to help us handle what life sends our way. I have vast experience working with families and individuals by utilizing various modalities of therapy to offer support on their personal journey.
